Most of our builds to suits have been done for Family Dollar Stores, a Fortune 500 company listed on the NYSE (FDO). Our firm has also constructed from ground up a 28-store residential condo development. "The St.Tropez Condominium". Our commercial space consists of over 600,000 square feet of rentable area. Our properties are located in Miami Lakes, Northeast Miami, Miami Beach, Northwest Miami, Aventura / Hallandale, and Kendall.

Our Related companies consist of Harding Realty Inc. established in 1978, a real estate brokerage, leasing and management company. Home Security Mortgage Corp established in 1984 a Mortgage Banking and Brokerage company that acts as a correspondent Broker and Mortgage lender. 21st Century Mortgage Banc. Established in 1995, 21st is a private lender and investment company. 21st gives equity loans and invests in Business and Real Estate ventures as a Venture Capitalist. And Jerika Properties, Inc established in 1993, is our stockholding company that owns and invests for all of our Real Estate Owned thru our subsidiary companies. The principal of our company is Alan Waserstein.

Alan Waserstein has Bachelors in Business Administration and Major in Finance. Alan has been Practicing Real Estate successfully for the past 18 years.
